As long as your brakes are fine and your tires are good, like spank said go have fun.

Before you go remove EVERYTHING that isnt bolted down from both the front and back of the truck.

From Floor mats to maps to EVERYTHING. You dont want stuff flying around in the cab with you as you are yanking and banking.

Good Luck

Doug

PS - You know that Autocross is tough on your tires right ?

If you've never done it go have fun..your tires will take a beating though. front outside will get thrashed .Our course out here in Pensacola is an old navy airfield. It it really rough..I used to run the cobra...the tires would get destroyed. I've thought pondered taking the L out, but the thought of shelling out cash for new F1's quickly changes my mind.

Go walk the course first! then walk it in the reverse of the way you run it.That way you can see the exit of the turn. Also go slow at first to learn the lines then speed up.As you get faster run .5 quart oil OVER the recommende full. That way you will not have any oil psi problems and drain that amount out after the event.Tire psi is very important but a clear head and smooth pedal movements are more important The key to auto xing is being SMOOTH.Stan
