JDM Service!!!
JDM Service!!!
I know a couple weeks ago I was here complaining about the customer service I had previously received from JDM. I would like to clear the air on this. Yes I've had some problems, but after talking to Jim on the phone 3 times in the last two weeks I couldn't be happier. He has always been super helpful at any event I've attended ie. free reburns, race fuel and good deals on parts. I recently purchased a Kenne Bell blower from someone else and he is even gonna tune my chip for it. His prices may be a little higher but if you look at the expenses he incurs sponsoring classes for us and what he gives back to the Lightning community, all in all JDM in general is a hell of a package deal. He even made the trip to WFC6 in St. Louis this year and all he did was help out Lightning owners (myself included) and didn't charge a dime. So Jim, after my posts, is still willing to help me out and in my book thats customer service. Thanks Jim, I'll be talking to you soon.

Jimmy,
These guys are going to die when they find out what you gave for that very very slightly used blower.
Are you going to let Michelle take it down the strip now?
P.S. And you said those kind of deals never fell in your lap.

After only reading about Jim in magazines since the early 90s when he had his Gen1 Lightning and I had mine. I recently had a chance to meet him in person in Gainsville 3 months ago and I was very impressed with him , his team (not to mention, his gorgeous fiance)
, and the great customer service all of his team exhibited during the event......my hats off to you Jim.....

Got the KB and a Diablo chip for $1500 but I did have to take it off of his truck and re-install the stock Eaton. I will be selling the Diablo as soon as I find out what its worth.
