Anyone else get this DTC code on your dash diag readout? My truck keeps throwing this code. I recently installed an e-fan, but can't say if that had anything to do with it. I may have had that code long before the fan install. I did a search and found a few other threads on that code, but nothing explains exactly what the problem is or how to fix.
Driveability is fine. The gas guage seems to be working ok also. I borrowed an OBDII scanner from a friend and it doesn't list any codes. I"m stumped as to what it could be.
Soap, if you read this, I don't think it's the #2 inj. I think my cross reference of codes was off.

In using the NGS MANY trucks have codes for various circuit failures in the GEM module. I believe the Speedo uses the gem module. In fact I have neveer seen a Lightning that didnt have GEM module codes.

If the Code scanner didnt see any codes you are likely ok.
If you search on the dash code trick you will see that others have complained that they have oil pressure sending unit circuit failures and other weird stuff. That is normal ...
