Pull the carpet up and look for rubber gromets that you can pass the wire through. I know there are some on the passengers side, and I believe I remember seeing one above the brake pedal on my old 97' F150.

there is a little hole under the steering column on my turck that we ran the nitrous line, stereo wire etc..... Its kinda hard to explain where its at except I can say it is under the dash under the steering column.... more towards the brake pedal I think......

driverside firewall behind the brake booster, theres a big
rubber gromet.
theres even clips along the wipercowl to run the
wire from the battery to the drivers side.
