Is anyone running a KB blower with an autologic (PSP) chip?

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,

Interesting sig.

I have had ZERO problems (Product delivery, cost, etc.) with either Works and PSP. Both have been awesome to me.

It looks like your info is one-sided. Maybe you should contact the other party of interest and listen to both stories? Either way, I dont see what good can come of your sig..

There's always some type of problem you know, never ever goes smooth.

I'm kinda glad that I'm selling the beast!

I never had any problems with Works, but the vendors have said the 140's were supposed to be out since last summer. Same as with the KB, but the KB is here. Where are the Works 140's? I may have bought one if they were out before the KB's...

Dave, something definitely doesn't seem to add up in the brief synopsis included in your sig. I'm a little shocked, as my dealings with Works and PSP have been nothing but professional every time. Regardless of what happened, you're probably not going to accomplish anything productive with the invitation to offline gossip in your sig - in fact it may incur the wrath of this forum for violating our new year's resolution. I hope everything works out for you in the end though!

easterisland, if I am not mistaken, REM received a shipment of 140's a few weeks ago.

Judging by what I got out of his sig, I think he is a little displeased with Works, not Sal. I could be very wrong though.

Back on topic, I don't see why you would have any problems running an autologic chip with the KB. It is a nice blower goodluck with it! -Mat-

Dale01L-
Believe me, I have both sides of the story. Maybe you have not had any problems because you live very close to one of the vendors. I have tried EVERYTHING to try to resolve this issue and I have given up........

RiddlerGT-
I race my truck just about every weekend in and around San Jo...... Haven't found the time to go up to Sac... Once I get my supercharger I will be making the trip with some local L owners - I will shoot you an e-mail. Keep in mind that my truck was out of commission for 7 months for the new engine.....

grinomyte-
Not all chips are autologic chips. There are several different brands, and the autologic chip is distributed by PSP.

BMWbig6-
I hear you, however, I don't know what else to do I took the invitation out of my signature, however, if the supercharger is not on my doorstep by next Friday, I will be posting the facts / e-mails of the entire ordeal so that everyone can make up their own mind. Keep in mind that I paid in full 20 MONTHS AGO. Yes, TWENTY MONTHS AGO...... It is funny how REM is receiving superchargers when I was the FIRST person to pay in full.

SVT F150 -
You are 100% Correct........ My problem is not with Sal. Sal is the most honest, straight-forward vendor I have ever worked with.....

By the way, thanks for the input, it looks like I will be going with the KB. I just want to make sure that I will not have any problems tuning the autologic chip to work with the KB.

Not trying to start crap here. 430 rwhp, 513 ft/lbs is respectable, but with all of the mods listed, I would expect a lot higher numbers. I know of a few trucks that dynoed higher with a lot less mods.

I bet his numbers are lower cause he uses that crappy 91 octane gas!!! I bet his numbers would be higher out here in this area with are nice gas!!!

lol.... No problem. I agree with you, however, keep in mind that we are dealing with the very crappy CA gas. Also, the chip is tuned very conservatively to avoid pinging. However, the KB should raise those numbers.....
