On JLPs website the 2.7 upper claims 3# on the L, and 5# on the Cobra. I went to a friends house today to check out his newly built blocked, KBed 99L. I showed him my pulley set up 2.7 upper and 5# lower. I thought I was running 8# overstock, but he said no!!! That the 2.7 upper is 1# on the L and 3# on the Cobra. He has a Cobra also so he should know. We compared it to a 2# that is on his old Eaton and my pulley is bigger. So did I get confused?

 

the 2.7 upper should be about 3#'s over stock on a Lightning.
my 2.80 upper is only a pound to pound and a half over stock...

Well my friends 2# upper looks much smaller. I think the pulley JL sent me was not stamped right, its stamped 2.7 .
