Question Lightning Side View Mirrors

New to the forums here. I've been thinking about adding an L to the family. I was wondering if I had enough room in my garage. Based on the car's spec sheet, it measures about 79" wide.

I've seen the trucks a thousand times, but can't remember if the side view mirrors fold in or not? Can anyone help a Blue Oval brother?

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks for the quick response. That pretty much makes it more feasible. I can't see having such a nice truck parked in the driveway when I know now that it should fit in the garage!

You keeping the Cobra? I wish I still had mine sometimes to get my 5 spd, gear jamin' fix.

Still glad I got the L though.

Yeah, fortunately I'm going to be keeping the Cobra. Man, I've got too much into it to ever justify getting rid of it (if that makes any sense). It's funny, because my wife is kind of pushing me here, telling me that I deserve a new car/truck. Guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, eh? LOL She's even willing to give up her space in the garage too! I'm sure this is going to cost me big time down the road

I put mine in my girfriend's townhouse garage, but I almost had to climb out the rear sliding window

Mine likes to look at the stars. Cobra sits in the garage next to the GN. Goodluck with the new truck. -Mat-

Nice pic Don. BTW, just saw your sig

Thanks for the welcome guys. You know, for so long I've been posting on the Corral (and Stangnet) and never really paid much attention to the Lightning sections. This seems to be a pretty active site (lots of friendly people too). Besides SVT Performance, are there any other L forums that are worth checking out?

Thanks,
Brian
