Hey, I saw a truck the other day i was looking at for a friend. It had a cowl hood with the cobra inserts. At the bottom of the inserts it had two screws on both of them??Is that correct or needs to be fixed or hidden?

Yeah thats it! On the bottom of the inserts there are two screwes on either side is this correct?
