thanks ron, i really like the 112 i saw posted here a day or two agao but rem sells them for 3500 for the 112 and 3850 fot the 140, why would anyone buy the 112 for the price diff, i want the 112 because it is a little better than what i have but is probaly verry streetable which is what i would want , don't get me wrong it isnt like i really have the money right now anyway but i would be more willing to pay about 2300-2400 for the 112 i think that would be reasonable just my .02

I believe the 112 and 140 are two different types of blowers. Im looking into it right now, as Im not totally sure on the subject, but im going to do some research for you....

I am for sure waiting awhile to see what blowers come out. Maybe eaton or what Suavy has will come out soon and be cheaper!

Suavy other than porting a stock top loaded eaton blower, (some claim to a detriment) just what is supposed to be so special about this Magnum Powers. I know people who have run these on T birds, so I am aware of what they have done in the past.

Calightnin, I would say they are a little diffrent than just your stock Eaton. I run 16 lbs of boost every day driver and race setting I have made 24 lbs. of boost at 3 k rpm. I am in the process of up grading my fuel system so I can run the 27 lbs of boost I planed.

One thing diffrent about this blower is it doesn't start so violent on the punch but it keeps climbing. On my street setting you punch it it hits hard but not like the KB. however when you get to 2,5oo rpm's look out it will lay you back even further.

And why does it do these things differently?

There no way the MP blower will make that kind of boost. It will self destruct!

You are correct, Mecca...the 112 is a roots blower and the 140 is a whipple screw type....the clearances in the 112 are tighter thus allowing more bottom end power for the street, thus making it more streetable than the 140, which makes less on the bottom but tons of power in the middle and on top....

Just to clarify, there are no streetability issues with either Works M112, M140 or a KB for that matter Infact, i cant think of one blower for a FI engine that has streetability issues.
