Where are the vendors, I want to spend$
I have emailed and called Lightening Force Performance for 5 days now and emailed and called Outrageous Performance today and have gotten no responce. LFP when you call says the voice mail is full and OP says they are away from the phone. I want to buy a ZEX kit and it seems I cannot. I also have emailed JL 4 times since last Sat to find out what he did when he reburned my chip last week and have yet to hear anything back.
On the other hand when I call or Email PSP I get through immediately and get responses and even talked to Sal for 20 minutes Monday.
They all have such nice web pages, why can't they get customer service in line? If they have no intention of answering email they should not offer it and why do they even have phone lines?

In spirit of not having this closed. As you've seen. Some vendors are like McDonalds, and some vendors are like a good greek family restaurant. Cheap and colorful doesn't mean anything. Do your homework before you spend yer dough. Pick someone who you personally trust.

seidler - be patient and try to make contact to all the vendors. Some you will get through to, others you won't, so just deal with that fact have fun modding!

REM has great service and is always willing to deal, I got my Zex from them.
I used Pro Mod's quote because he has the Badest Looking Black Beast and I want those Rims, Grills, Hood, Motor, Guages, well you get the idea

Unfortunatly the reality is some Vendors are only Vendors when they're NOT racing. And yes some simply NEVER answers e-mails either, but it's really no biggy, you simply spend your hard earned cash with a differant Vendor that service's you.
I've learned what time of yr to do certain Mod's now and I happen to get great service from ALL OUR VENDORS because of that. It sucks that their business has to revolve around Racing,
but if they werent out there Racing and testing their parts, becoming the Fastest L's on the Planet, we wouldn't buy from them, WOULD WE ???
Our Supporting Vendors, THIS FORUM, and you gave me and all of you options we didn't have before. Lets face it, we want what we want when we want it, and we are dealing with ourselves here when you think about it. Yesterday you were answering a Post, and tommorrow you are a Vendor selling me a part. I have no problem with that, BUT I also know I'm not dealing with some monster Corp America Company
