What's the difference b/n A and X plan?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new truck and when I stopped by the dealer today I was given the invoice to look at. What is dealer hold back? It seemed like X plan was at invoice and A plan was at invoice less holdback. Can someone please tell me what the holdback is and what difference there is in getting an A plan vs. a X plan.
Thank you.

"basically" A-plan is getting the truck for dealership cost. Holdback is what a dealership (99% of the time) will not back off. It is their profit, and despite popular belief dealerships must make money to stay in business, and provide you with shuttles, rentals, coffee, courtesy calls, and all other overhead in general, not to mention pay employees... X-plan is like buying the vehicle at minimal profit.

Also, A-plan is reserved for direct employees and family of Ford. X-plan is sorta for business associates, and such...
