Well, in anticipation of giving the L back tomorrow and picking up the new Cobra, I have removed all the mods.
Too remove 115 Horsepower is amazing to me. I took it out and drove it after I removed everything and it sure seemed different.
I am sure I will have times when I see 93Cobra or one of my other friends who have Lightnings, or even see one on the road for that matter, that I will wonder if I made the right decision.
But I am sure that after I get the Cobra modded that I will relax and enjoy it.
Thanks again to all here that have helped me over the past two years. I will still hang here a lot.

Find someone to take the seats and hood?

I would have been ALL over that if it wasn't for the fact I just had a $3700 furnace and A/C install

 

Unfortunately the seat will stay with the truck. Dealer has changed his mind, the the person that wanted it, couldn't get here by tomorrow at noon.

 

What kinda parts you got left? anything?

I feel your pain. Mine is also back to stock. Feels like a total pig. Butt-Ugly slow. Funny how it was a bunch more fun installing the mods. Removing them really sucks.

Yea, the hood is gone. Only things left are the throttle body, FTVB, Air force 1 intake , 28-11.50-16 MT E/T's ( two passes on them) and the California car cover.
Only good thing about this is that I checked today and my old plate number VENMUS is available. I will lock that up tomorrow.
I had it on my '65 F-100 428/475 powered show truck.
I pick up the Cobra tomorrow at 12:30.
SIGH......... Thank God I have a frige full of cold ones.....
I really loved that truck.....

You will love the Cobra! It is an amazing car. It sucks when you can't drive it though. Stupid leg. What color Cobra did you go with>??? Goodluck with it, you will enjoy it for sure. -Mat-
