NMRA Pics!

Went to NMRA in Joliet this weekend and had a blast! Thanks to Chris for the lodging. Also had a great time at DOTY and Manteno

I won't flood this thread with too many pics, just some of the ones I thought showed the event at its best (and worst). The rest of the pics can be seen at:

Here's what happened on Sunday. Crazy high-speed winds and LOTS of rain. It was ankle deep in some parts.

It was almost at the doors of that silver GT:

Here's an exhibition jet car. Ran low 5s @ 300+ mph.

hmmm

Blast is defined as parking your *** in the bleachers and meandering about the paddock? Or did you actually race?

All the while you could have trekked your keister down to Indy, received some one on one instruction and summarily beat the shizznit out of apexes, Foci, Contours, and maybe, just maybe, a cobra or two.

btw, the 'I didn't have my seats crap isn't flying either.'

Still stuck on that Bob? Thought we went over this in the other thread....

I had fun both at the track and at my buddies house. You don't see me going on the IRP thread ragging on your weekend do you?
