Dodge Ram SRT-10 Fact or Fiction???

WTF? Is this thing going to be produced? Stick, auto, does anybody have the info on this thing? I don't even see it on the Dodge website. I even joined a Viper forum just to get some feedback and didn't get any.

Is the Lightning so far ahead that Dodge is throwing in the towel?

I don't love it either; but, it's growing on me. Sort of like the '01 Lightning wheels did.

That looks like a matchbox car! Would be nice to see one at a stoplight though. I have a feeling when we see them in the publics' hands there will be a lot of trolls around here though. -Mat-

If I have time tomorrow, I think I'll go to the Maroone Dodge here in Miami and see what news they have. I know they will take some cheap shots at my Lightning but what the heck.

My understanding is that Dodge wants to see what Ford is going to do with the Lightning and Ford wants to see what Dodge is going to do with the next gen L, so who knows when you will see the Dodge as Ford wont pull the trigger on the next L until 2005.

You know better than that. Those salesmen know less about them than anybody!

I am going to have to back owheelies on on this one....most salesmen are about as smart as a box of nails.....one salesman at Maroone Ford told me that my supercharger will only work when my AC is off.......

Dealers are often not told anything until absolutely necessary, they are a big source of leaks. Salesmen don't even know anything about the car even after it has been out for a few years.

I'm dissapointed in the SRT-10. I thought the concept looked pretty cool, but I don't think it translated well into the production ready model.
