well guys, i bid you farewell. had to turn loose of the L today. traded it for the family life. with a wife (of 4 months) and a second baby on the way, had to think more of them. on the bright side got a hell of a deal on a trailblazer and on the trade for the L. So the wifey gets the new trailblazer and i get to take over the other truck--2000 chevy silverado LT 4x4.

that poor white L sure is hard to let go of though, i will be sad for a while, but you gotta do what you gotta do.....someday i'll have another.

see ya guys...have fun in you trucks....i'll still wave and envy

Sorry to see a brother go.... I'm holding on to mine for DEAR LIFE. Have a baby on the way, and have been de-modding a bit... Can't be kicking the baby with those firm shifts, so I'm swapping out my VB for the stocker...

 

Well you can always get one down the road after some time has passed and you move up and make more money. So it's not really a final goodbye, just a break...

You traded the L for 2 chevy's? I've been thinking about that Z06 lease, but it looks like you must have overlooked that.

Hold on, lemme atleast try to reason out this idea.

The 2000 Chevy was before their horrid redesign correct? Cause those trucks were not that bad IMHO.

You got the trailblazer with uh.... 270hp I think? Cause that's not too shabby with me. Thank god it was no caravan.

But truthfully I think that this "wife and two kids" are holding you back. Bring the L to Mexico and live it up! Tequila, beaches, and a 12 second L. It's great (or atleast that's my plan during baby/wife/war/nothing on TV).

Good luck. Just promise us you won't buy that new Silverado SS. I believe a few words that would get my post removed would look better than any of the new Chevys.
