What plug were you the most satisfied with when running a 2# lower and 3 1/2" upper? I left the BR7EF's in when I put the
3 1/2" back on, but it seems to lope a little with them.

With only 10-12 psi boost TR6's would be fine.

10-12 #'s?

With the KB, 2 # lower and 3 1/2" upper, my boost gauge (auto meter) is up at 16#'s +. Is that too much for the TR6's? If not what gap?

Promodel: been destroying denso's (mostly my fault), think I will wait to put them back in after I get a tune I like.

That is wierd. I get 15psi with a 6lb lower and 3.5" upper.
Are you sure that is what you have on there? If you do TR6's are still okay IMO. I'd ask JL though if he does your chip.

Lower

I know the upper is a 3 1/2". The lower was a 2#'er on my old block, I am pretty sure the mechanic that put in my built shortblock just transferred the lower over to the built. Do you know what diameter a 2#'er is? Only other explaination is that my boost gauge is off. But I remember JL saying with that pulley set-up I should be seeing around 15-16#'s (if my memory is still holding). You are running a KB aren't you Easterisland?
