Hard time at the track!
Not sure whats going on? Wheather was pretty good.
Back in april on street tires i ran a best time of 12.97 106.58
with a 2.06 60 ft. The wheather was mid to low 70's. Now
since then i've added 28x11.50 hoosier qtp's and jlp traction
bars for a best of 13.02 103.45 with a 1.83 60 ft. Pretty
much the same temp. Can anyone help? Kind of hoped i
would be 12.50's possibly.Any advice?

Humidity kills power too bro.
Its time for you to experiment on tire pressure. If you dont have a mobile air tank, invest it one. They are about $50 at pepboys or any other parts store.
With JLP bars and Hoosiers, you should be seeing min of 1.7's
Get that tire pressure down and you should be seeing better times.

You sure it wasn't cooler when you ran the 12.9 ?
Is it the same Chip program ?
You took 2/10's off the 60 which in theory should have netted you "up to" 4/10's off the ET.
Yet you lost ET + MPH, that is strange "if" the conditions were the same ???? I say it's the temp and humidity, but it wouldn't hurt to change your fuel filter, it could be starting to restric the flow.
BTW I agree with Mo Fo, I've gotton 1.6 or 1.7 60ft times, each and every time on my 28x10 Hoosiers.
Prob just the heat, don't sweat it Danger, you got a fast Truck
Go back when it's cool, you'll get the ET.
If you've noticed I haven't even bothered going to the track the last 2 months, not worth all the strain and danger on my Motor when I know I won't get my best ET

Save it for cooler weather ... Sounds to me like heat has gotten you, even if you say the temp was similar... Mod your truck and save it for the fall if you want to see personal bests..
