That is Eric's Thunderpipe in the picture.

Custom painted Thunderpipes are available upon request, just ask sue and she will hook you up.

How much extra does the extra paint run? That tube looks really nice...I may have to get one!

Also, any dremeling/shaving necessary for a perfect fit?

Depends on what you want done and how custom it is going to be.. I know of one getting done thats gonna cost about 200 just for paint and materials, and its gonna look sweet

No dremeling, shaving or rigging to make this thunderpipe fit perfectly, its fits right the first time.

This pipe isnt just for looks either. A few really high boost trucks are actually starting to collapse the rubber boot when they snap the throttle and this hard intake boot is the only fix. Highly recommended to trucks running 16lbs of KB boost or higher.

PACKAGED EXCLUSIVELY

that looks like it bends down and creates some restriction.

No! If the rubber boot is collapsing, there is vacuum between the throttle body and the filter. The real solution is to make the filter flow better. Keeping the boot from collapsing by installing a rigid boot is not fixing the underlying restriction, it is only masking the symptoms.

I witnessed this for myself on Charlie's truck that was making 23lbs of boost before the thunderpipe and now sees upwards of 25+ lbs of boost after the Thunderpipe. He would hit the throttle and the boot would suck in on itself and cause the truck to fall on its face, and not from a restricted filter system.

This thunderpipe is fiberglass and not just rigid plastic.

Have you been in the company of any 23lb boosted KB trucks?
