Rolling Idle

It is common on engines equipped with an ATI Procharger, when it is upgraded with a 12psi pulley, 90mm MAF and 42# injectors. I have some minor symptoms but then I have only upgraded to 11 psi, 80mm MAF and 24# injectors.
In looking for any suggestions that might lead to a resolution. I thought I might post here and see if this is ever a problem with an "L" motor when upgrading. Unfortunately, I believe it is a symptom that only crops up with a centrifugal s/c, but no harm in asking.
