Starting next year im looking forward to building a motor, rods, pistons, CNC heads, cams and bigger pullies but I love the whine of the Eaton and would like to keep it. My goal is mid 11s or lower if possible.

Well, it's not like you would lose that whine with an aftermarket blower....

prolly b/c aftermarket exhaust drows the whine out and plus they vids you have seen are a the track, so lots of noise would also drown the whine out, try to find clips of people wooting it inside the cab or something of that sort.

Well I have a friend here thats in the process of finishing his L, built motor, heads, cams, monsterbox and a KB. Ill wait to see how his works out. Ill probably have his mechanic do the work. I need to do a search for some shop in So.Cal that does good head work. I was thinking of going with the KB first, but I think I need a strong foundation before going with the KB.

The whinie of the KB is different than the Eaton, but its not a huge difference. I like to say "The whine is more refined" with a KB

Charlie, one of Johnny's trucks, ran 11.5 on the stock eaton and no N20 last year.
