Anyone Out There Ever Custom Fab a Console for Their Lightning?

OK, I love the Expedition console mod, but don't want to get into that level of complexity with cutting up the seats, etc.

Anyone ever make their own custom console (firberglass; wood???)?

I realize I can go to Wally World and buy a cheapo plastic POS, but wouldn't have it in the L.

A custom Lightning console sounds like it might be a moneymaker for someone with the necessary skills.

Someone has a black L that is completely slammed to the ground and made a new that looked pretty to trick. Maybe he'll chime in.

Don't know if I can find a picture
but the local auto store sells a standard console that fits like a glove and is so tight, it doesn't even need a screw to hold it down. Cost was about $75.00 I think (perfect color match)
I had to take it out when I installed the Clarion Sub Woofer there.

I still have it, if your interested

I just found some old pictures of it
Give me a minute and I'll try and enhance them so you can see it

I've seen some really awesome consoles in Harley's; check out the audio section over at nhtoc.com.

Had to lighten them up quite a bit to see it
Don't mind the pictures
But this will give you an idea of what you can buy off the shelf that will fit

Im in the process of getting a custom center console made out of wood, fiberglass and a liitle plexi to hold my amps for my stereo. Hopefully i'll get started on it soon so i can post some pics.

Is that silver truck another one? Looks exactly like the black one with the same rims and same bagged stance. Hell, even the background is similar....
