Harmonic Balancer..

Hey,

A friend of mine who doesn't post on here has a 99 L with a built motor , KB blower, Nitrous...

Does anyone know where he can get one for running in the 10 sec club? .

I saw one on Sal's (PSP) truck, just don't remember who makes it and where to get it?

Thanks

Talking

DL, you can get a 8 rib SFI balancer for any place these days, not just a lightning vendor...

Sal sells the BHJ ones, there are also the Romac ones, but I would stay away from those, they are actually undersize...I prefer either the Innovators West ones or the ATI balancers, really nice stuff, but expect to spend at least $400 for a nice SFI one...

We just became a distributor for BHJ yesterday. They will be in, hopefully, by the end of next week. They will retail for $269.95

We chose the BHJs because they are built to factory dimensions. That means you can use either a factory caged, or any of the aftermarket pulleys, and they will bolt right on. We've worked with BHJ for over year making sure it would be a bolt on deal. The other brands of balancers that I've seen, require a custom pulley to be used, and I wanted to avoid this. We've sold a bunch of these balancers, and run one on our own truck. They are just about the nicest I've come across, and you can have them rebuilt if need be.

What Sal said. I have one of his units, and the machine work is something to drool over. I wish I could leave it on my coffee table instead of putting it on the truck.

Romac.. Only thing ive been using all of these years.

You do need to do a custom pulley BUT... the end result is pure beauty. Iceman/1 Silver Bullet makes the pulley for these.
