Prolly is the splash shield that buttons up there. Looks like someone was working underneath and never put it back up.
When I put the PIAA air dam on mine I had to drill 3 holes in the dam for the push pins to hold that piece up.

Like others, I still lost. Did I miss the punchline here ? What does a Dirty Garaged truck with low miles and plastic bag( You say black I cant tell due to poor picture quality) have to do with Hulk Smash ? Is the Hulk smash something on the movie ? I didnt see the movie because it looked like nothing more than a American King Kong. The series as a kid was cool, but the movie seemed lame.
hey no problem. i just said Hulk smash because i was angry about that piece of plastic hanging down and the fact that he never drives the thing and leaves it dirty. give the L to me. i'll take real good care of it
Maybe because he never drives it, he's never noticed that hanging piece of plastic. So, you'd go up and beat him up instead of just telling him that there may be damage to his truck? It's just a truck ...
Black
With my luck it would be the air inlet to feed the twin turbos he just installed on his NOS injected small block, always beware of neighbors who's hotrods that spend lots of time in the garage and that are on a first name basis with the UPS guy. When the first nice weekend of the year finally shows up you never know what going to roll out of there garage. Todd
