plug, spark knock question

i have my plugs it-22's gapped at .034 and i get a bit of spark knock on my street side, now if i put a bigger gap in them, it would take longer for it to jump the gap, would this reduce spark knock ?

How are you identifying the spark knock? Autotap/Ease or can you hear it? How much boost?

first off what octane fuel are you running i doubt that it is the plugs unless they are burnt or to hot first check your fuel octane you can do so with octane booster quickest way to start then go from there
