As everyone knows some words were said between myself and Jim@JDM well he apologized to me and we straightened everything out.


Anyways, I wanna thank JDM for the quick quick service I got when purchasing my KB blower. They got it out the same day along with a loaner chip and I recieved it and installed it the next day. Heh, There have been some words between myself and them too. I don't mean to thread jack, but I'd like to thank JDM as well.

I'd like to thank JDM for a chip that works better as a target for a sledghammer. Not only does it not work in my 99, it doesn't work in my friend's 01. Furthermore, it took them over a month to send it back.

Why would you put a CUX1 chip in a 2001 CXN1 computer? Of course it's not gonna work. As far as your chip is concerned, it burnt fine, I even burnt it twice just to make sure and it burnt fine with no errors. So, 1 either your terminals need to be recleaned or 2 you have a bad module. I would try cleaning the terminals again. If you want to call up and speak directly for me just ask for Justin.

Well, the truck runs fine without the chip, and it hasn't been in the shop since I first sent it out last March/April. The contacts are clean, we pulled the computer to clean it. All I get are "----------" all the way across the odometer.
