Thumbs up Figured out part of traction problem

My wheels needed to be wider. I've been using 16x8 wheels with 28x11.5x16 hoosier dots. I stuck those tires on some 16x10 wheels and my 60 foot times were always in the 1.60's tonight. 16 psi.

The best I've done at this local track has been a 1.8x this year with those 16x8's. I was also using 18 psi and no nitrous and 93 octane full weight. Didn't remove the 20's or front sway bar.
7.50's all night 30 minute no ice cool downs.

Cool

Does it seem to sway less at the big end?

I'm guessing the sidewall is now more vertical?

Less sway when driving on the street or track.
Before I could only air them down to around 20 max. If I went any lower I was all over the track.
