So... there I am today on my way back to work from lunch with a coworker in my lightning...

Get off the freeway, onto the frontage road, and stop at the light to make a left.

This is a four lane intersection with a left turn dedicated, a left/ straight combo lane, and the same for the two right lanes.
I am in the left combo lane...

What pulls up next to me on the right? A brand new Silverado SS.

What pulls up behind me? A brand new 350Z...

Talk about instant adrenaline!

Unfortunately, I turned left on the green, and they both went straight...

Why you may ask? Because we were running late, and my boss is a stickler for being on time from lunch...

Man what an opportunity though... I was kicking myself a bit later for it...

Man o man that would have been brutal. I ran into one a few weeks ago. The light we caught has a straightaway for about 2 miles and the amount of lengths were counted in furlongs.

At the next light he stayed way back and a bunch of hs girlies were . I think they thought it was some sort of exotic or somethin.

 

Not sure if they did or not? No-one revved or anything...

Would have been interesting...

 

I was minding my own business when a prosche enters the freeway this morning going pretty fast. We finally get some room( I passed him at around 120 on an exit entrance ramp and slowed down for him) and I smoked him from a 80 mph roll. It looked like a newer model. It had a 9**and a C at the end I think(hard to read because everything was gold color.) I doubt he was modded.
