Lightning electric waterpump

What do you think about the new Meziere 300 series high flow electric waterpumps. Claim 11 rw hp...and can drive on the street daily for only 365.00. Are JDM or Sal using these Meziere pumps...or do they just advertise them...? Id like to see some dyno numbers with one of these pumps on a L. Seems like a lot of money for 11 hp....My JDM spacer gave me more than that for only 89.00.

I run one in my truck, and I have many customers running them in daily driven trucks. BTW, we have them for $330, not $369, the price on our site is incorrect. And they are in stock; if you want to order one through our site, you will be billed the correct price.

Is that 330.00 with shipping? Did you ever make a dyno pull after installing one of these pumps?...

I didn't see 11 rwhp. Gains are marginal and less than an e-fan but it does flow 55 gallons/min. I noticed quicker cooldowns with it (coupled with my efan)...

I got mine last October or so and it has been running without a hitch (knock on wood) on my daily-driven truck. My cost was 300, but only because my buddy had an account with Meziere for his toys.

330 is a reasonable price....

Shipping is extra.

I can honestly say that I never did a before and after dyno test on this particular part. We have tested it together with an electric fan and have gotten an average of 18 rwhp for the two. Most people who buy them, get them for track use, because the water pump and e-fan can cool a truck down in less than five minutes between passes. Hope this helps.

Shoot me an e-mail if you want to see a before-and-after dyno test of the Meziere. I dynoed a Cobra R and than the electric water pump a few hours later. Suffice it to say that the gains are marginal, at best, for a $300+ mod. Although I have spent more on stuff and gotten nothing out of it...

The e-mail address is dandkmcguire@***.net.

Sal,

Be more than happy to hook you up with the dyno spreadsheet if you'd like...don't know if it would be of interest but I'll make the offer.
