Which way does the electric fan blow air? In towards the engine (away from the radiator), or out 'at' the radiator?

If your mounting it in the engine compartment it pulls air through the radiator and blows air onto the engine. If you got it mounted infront of the radiator it pushes air through the radiator and into the engine compartment. Either way air is blowing onto the engine.

Depends on which way you wire it. Fans pull air through the radiator.
