How reliable would my truck be with a KB on a stock block. I plan on keeping the same amount of boost i have now (4lb pulley)...

Well the SWEDE just blew a rod with a KB and a stock block. He was running about 15 lbs of boost.

He did go alot of miles though before it happened.

Lots of people in So Cal are running a K/B with a stock motor and zero problems. Given the right conditions and or enough time or miles anything can or will fail. If it does not detonate, you should be pretty safe. Nosw that I said that, mine will probably toss the rods out of it next time that I start it. Skip

I am running a KB on a stock block with 16 lbs., everything seems fine so far. I just wish that the Diablo Predator would hurry up, I am leaving too much horsepower on the table. If it doesnt come soon I will have to try the re-flash.

Oh well, I guess I get to try the integrity of the 2003 block and rod combination for now!!!
