Tighter enforcement?

Was just wonder if anyone has noticed that the cops are ticketing alot harder than ever. I just got a speeding ticket (nothing new.) but then that got me to thinking that, lately I have been noticing a lot more cops on the side of the road using the RADAR guns and a heavier enforement on the roadways. At the same time 4 others in my office have gotten tickets in the same month as I. I was just wonder if anyone has noticed an increase. I think the the cops have been told to step up inforcement to increase revenue for the state, as issuing speeding tickets is an easy revenue sorce.

You guys out in CA probably don't pay enough sales tax or income tax. The state has to make up for your greed somehow.

I am about to buy a 3 bed/ 2 bath, 1208 sq/ft, 36 year old house on a 6000 sq/ft lot for 458,000. It's a fixer upper, and I'm getting a good deal.

btw truck looks nicer without the camper.

I bent one of my front weld wheels the other day. I have them in the garage. I got a good deal on these used. If I lived in CA I'd be getting tickets every other day and couldn't afford it.

We had our Movie night last week and went to see T3. Anyhow, one of the guys in the club got nailed by the CHP on the way down. He was doing 89mph. The chippy told him they dont have a choice and have to ticket. They wrote him for 80.

Of all the time i was in the CHP, i never met any of them who would let someone go anyways. I guess i was the exception. Must of been my rebelious nature from wearing those goofy *** skin tight tan pants or something

Be careful because the coppers are trying to generate $$ lost from that loser Governor we have in office

I think it's funny that you refer to your lot size in square footage. Wow. We measure property by the acre. (Well, I do. It's supposed to be some metric deal!!)

Rob- went back and found the topic, thanks.
WHAT04 - Yeah, my dad lives on a 2 1/2 acre lot next to his farm. When I first moved to the silicon valley I was in sticker shock. Sucks to pay $380 / sq/ft though.

type in speeding ticket in google and you will find a TON of info to fight your ticket. I am fighting mine through the mail, and if I lose I have the option to go infront of the judge for a second chance.

I liked this web site.

I love FL. I just went to Ponte Vedra this weekend and love it.
CA is okay I lived in the Bay area for years and the cost of living is ridiculous. I've lived in Martinez, Bay Point(W. Pittsburg), Colusa, Fairfield, Suisun.
