6# Lower, stock upper, Metco Aux Idler... Belt?

I have a 6# lower, a stock upper, and I'm trying and failing getting the 'known belts' on with the Metco Auxilary Idler. I've tried the standard 6# (68"), no luck, and even went to Napa and got a 68 5/8" belt and that didn't work.... what gives!.

Cool Belt size

Crued,

The belt that comes with our 6# pulley kit is a 4080685 Gatorback. If you add our idler pulley you should add 1" if your pulley size is 100mm add 1/2" if your using a 90mm.

Mark, I have your 6# lower pulley and a KB blower with a Reichard 3" upper pulley. What size gatorback should I be using? If it is not 68.5" can we work out some kind of swap for the 68.5" pulley you sent me with the pulley? Never installed the belt.
