Best Rear Window Solution for A Roll Bar
I would think that everyone that is using lexan or acrylic of any kind could go to a local acrylic shop and have a clam shell made and then glue it to the window this would create no seal just not allow any water to enter into the cab!
Don,
Do you get any noise from your roll bars or window holes when daily driving? I'm considering puting one on my truck. I drive my truck every day and travel occasionally so I'm curious just how bad these things are for noise. I really like the ones you have since the front bars can be taken out when not at the track. Also, can you give me a ballpark figure on what your set-up might cost.(I understand if you can't) Thanks in advance...

I had those adjustable rear sway bar end links on my truck, they rattled a little. Before the roll bar I never really noticed them, but once I installed the roll bar I was getting a rattle that drove me nuts. I thought it was the roll bar, but it turned out to be the swaybar links. I put the stock links back on and my rattle was gone.
As far as cost, the guy who did mine, and all of the other JDM bars charges $1800 for a mild steel bar painted black. Since I did mine in chrome molly and paited mine to match the truck mine was more money.

The rear window in my truck is a aftermarket window. I don't know what brand it is, call JDM he may be able to help you. They buy the window, remove the side glass, cut the lexan, and install the lexan peices in the window. They then sent the window to the roll bar guy.
