Something is wrong! I know, that's obvious but something is broken----maybe the idler tensioner spring or one of the idler pulley's bolts??? I don't think the belt could stretch that much but that's something to look at too.

have you owned it since new? if not maybee the person before you could have had a lower pulley on it with a different belt so they took the pulley off and left the bigger belt on. just an idea

I just got it a month ago.. The belt doesn't slip i don't think so.. It ran a 8.67 @ 82.39 last night. All it has is a PSP chip, K&N. I pop the hood to clean the k&N and squeezed the supercharger belt and it had a good bit of play in it. i could actually slid it off one of the pulley's. If I wanted too.

Obviously your tensioner is "gone". That or the belt is routed wrong somehow. Has any work been done on it recently? (personaly I do all my own work so know I don't have that problem).

Brad,

Can you pull it of the supercharger pulley?(Like up and off) Or are you just sliding it forward, and off the idler pulley(s)?

Either way it sounds like the tensioner has gone bye bye..

Good luck on it.
