Oh, sorry. It supposed to make the blower whine louder.

It makes the blower louder, and there is a slight performance gain, I don`t know how much, its just what ive been told.

sounds like alot of trouble to do though. Hrmm... you said you can gain numbers? Any idea of how much?

Depends on how far you want go.

I plugged up the holes when I ported my blower. Some people would do it just get a louder blower whine.

The holes were put the to quiet the blower down a little at the expense of some efficiency

IMO if you feel any SOTP gains from just plugging those holes, then it's just pure wishfull thinking. Plugging them is just a small piece in the puzzle to get more power out of the stock blower.
