Just picked these up at Ford. Part #3L3Z-9900064-AA. About $3 each. Straight off of the Harley pickups.

 

Good mod! the chrome tiedowns started coming on the 03 HD's. of course i had to update mine. Look really nice against the bedrug

Pics are bad, but you get the idea


Now i just need to find some stainless bolts for them
