4 Days and 30 Beers Later

Fully polished idler arm and hose fitting

Lower 01 Lightning manifold starting the smoothing/porting process. This looks like is moves alot more air than my much smaller 99 manifold currently on the truck.

Polished the Harley Plenum Fins... will do until my other plenum is done.

This gets installed next weekend, both pieces are finally smoothed and ready for polishing. We trashed my blower and this will need to be installed as soon as possible before mine explodes... don't ask why!

Gatorback Belts installed and idler arm is in.

How hard was it to pull the idler bracket? I think I'm going to pull mine next week!

It's very easy, there like 4 bolts if I remember correctly.
Don't strip the bolt underneith the tensioner, I did and had to tap the hole.

Im not understanding the 4 days and 30 beers part of all this. Did it take you 4 days to drink 30 beers or was is 30 beers a day ? When I did all the polishing on my cobra it was more like 30 beers a night. So im curious to know how you made 30 last for 4 days. Mabye Im still wacked from the 30 beers from last night ? i dont know . Looks good!

Nice work.

I have neither the time or patience to do that, so I commend you for not just going out and buying it.

Looks great. Now you just need a polished Pro-Pipe to finish it off. Oh what do you know there just happens to be one in the classifieds.
