Question Fastest Lightning in Alaska

Ncetry,
When do you run your Lighting?? I would love to see it up at Alaska Raceway Park. I have a '68 purple Chevelle that I drag almost every weekend.

Bring that badboy up sometime. I have never seen an L run 12.50 in person, I would love to see what I could make my '02 run like.

Oh yea, I once saw spinners on an Escalade. What a complete waste of money, and I mean the whole thing. If you feel the need to show off your bank account or how much of a debt you can put yourself in, there are better ways.

I guess they're OK on SUV's, wouldn't do it to an L though, IMO

I saw a Chevy Caprice Classic (i think) with a 24" spinner kit on it the other day(not true spinners, but a kit) and he actually had to put a lift on his car to get them to fit, needless to say it looked about as good as my car drawings when I was 2-3 years old.

Ditto on that. I am anti-bling for the most part for L's.

Spinners look nice on Escalades, Benz's, Navs, etc. just not performance vehicles. Same reason you don't slap 22s on a Ferrari IMO.

I was driving home last Saturday and these people kept passing me and letting me pass them. Anyway they called yesterday and wanted to know where to get a camper exactly like mine. He called from FL, but I think he lives in MI. The camper shell phenomenon will spread until it reaches southern CA.
