My super stock buddies use RP 0w10 its picks their car up 3 or 4 hundreths of a tenth, the new VP oil picks up 7 to8hundreths its gotta little nitro in it but after 2or3 passes it slows back to the rp speed when the nitro uses up.

Incorrect info. I actually was quite impressed at the cleanliness and protection RP gave to my mod motors. Ive had several catastrophic failures due to high boost, bad tunes and misc crap. So i got to see how well this stuff works when tearing down the motors.

One good story is a spun the #7 rod bearing while doing some high speed racing. I was able to drive around several months with it when using royal purple. For ****s and giggles i drained the RP and used Mobil 1.. The motor siezed by the end of the day.

I only wish i had used it from the start on that motor.

My 01 L has 50,800 trouble-free miles on it. It has had RP's Synthetic Racing oil in it since the 4, 000 mile mark. I just changed it again yesterday. No unusual, worrisome noises at cold start-up or at any other time. I think it's worth the extra cost(the Racing oil is even more) and this is from a Mobil 1 user, beginning in the 1970s.

Summit does not carry it.

You might want to take a look at www.oiltown.com . They look to have the best price I can find on a case of 5W20.
