You can put a jumper wire in the distribution panel under the hood. For some reason it was not working on my L but on Erics (dowheelies) it was pumping. I'm somehow making a shroud for the intercooler fans. Having the fans right up against the heat exchanger does cause some airflow to be diminished since it's right up agianst it.

sounds good. few questions. first one, is there any point to getting 7.5" fans (2) and mounting them on stock heat exchanger?
2nd is how are the (3) fans powered? are they like electric fans? also if I do electric fans also all in the same day, can I wire them all together to go on on a switch or when the key goes on... or how does wiring work? thanks, Shane McKenna

Shane I don't know if the fan are thermostat controled but if not I would run all three at the same time using a single pole switch and a relay, 3 fans are going to draw some juice and the relay will take the pressure of the switch, If you wiring help for the relay toddabb@aol.com

I hope the diameter of the fans are of the entire fan and not only from blade tip to tip. Just a thought

looks good. my question is, will that set up (2 fans) help me with stock heat exchanger? or do I need to buy an after market bigger heat exchanger for $450? what is the diff if I just get fans vs fans and new heat exchanger?

Thanks, Shane
