I took my whole pulley bracket off completely yesterday and repacked my bearing with mobil 1 synthetic grease and started to polish the bracket. Not that hard of a job, you can see three markes next to the tensioner the middle mark is where the stop used to be, by looking at it I would think the tensions was ment to operate between the left to indicators. Mine is now even with the far right indicator.... not good!

 

Aside from the install headaches, how do you like the difference in performance?
