You want it closest to 1 as possible but not over. IE .995 or something.

What is the range?

1 to 4.5 ?

I'm pretty sure it's 4.5v at WOT. About 98.5% sure.

Now I'm 100% sure. I just tested it, after I adjusted my TPS.

Range is 1.0 to 4.5v DC.
