Since most of the posts are bashing or bitching, I wanted to thank Victor and Jim Bell for the exceptional customer service they provided to me. Since their blowers have already proved themselves in the lightning community as far as performance, they back up a high quality product with high quality customer service. Just as many people praise Gregg at factory tech for his customer service with his transmissions, I have to put Kenne Bell in the same catagory. I have f___ked up a monster box and gregg took excellent care of me, and I f__ked up a KB and Victor and Jim Bell took excellent care of me.
I want to thank Jim and Shaun from JDM for all their help at gainesville ffw and for making me stay and race as I ran a new personal best of 11:92 I enjoyed watching Jim tune HD's truck to 10:84 between the rain showers in the heat and humidity. I can't wait to see these trucks run up north.
I just wanted to say something nice about someone, since it seems to be the exception, not the rule on this board.
I think I'll order one of Jim's spacers to put on my KB when I get it next week.
