Nice looking truck, except for the ridiculous snout. I can hardly wait to meet one at a stoplight.

I'm Sorry but that Truck does absolutely nothing for me
OTHER THAN THE MOTOR OF COURSE

I notice the rear bumper sticks out 2 feet,
I guess thats cool if your into carrying a Dirt Bike on it sideways

The Blue one in the Link is totally differant than the Black one BBQ posted. BBQ's has exhuast on both sides and a smaller bumper, differant bed cover, and looks much better

Makes you wonder if one of these is a wanna be created by an inventive owner with a trip to the parts bin....

I wonder if the "Real" one will look like either

The black one looks more "offical" looking

Doug is right
i am skeptical, i have seen lightnings that look just like the real thing but arent. The motor kinda makes me want to believe it though but i have seen too many look alike lightnings to believe that people arent doin the same thing with the dodge. We will see.

Doesnt the "manufacturing plate" somewhat dismiss that theory?

interesting... ugly color though

those dodge's, they look too "busy" in the front, compared to the boring rest of the truck and ugly rear bumper

big cheesy grill.

The truck is a test vehicle. One of the engineers working on the program brought it out to our shop. I tried to talk him into staying long enough so that I could have went home and got my truck but he couldn't. All the engineers and DCX guys I talk to think that our L's are slow and are not even in the same class as the SRT10, I can't wait to bruise a few of their ego's.

That SRT 10 is naturally aspirated right? So, it really isn't in the same class as the L...

Not really - They are like dealer plates - A dime a dozen. Just because A manufacturer slapped a plate on it doesnt mean it is the real deal. The other truck has no plate - does that mean it isnt the real deal ? No ...

The one with the plate is likley some sort of test mule for dodge. I will be real surprised if the real SRT10 has that butt ugly rear end and bumper.. That by itself is incentive to drive fast enough not to get behind one and have to look at it ...
Here is link to the pics from the North american auto show in detroit - They look JUST like the black one
http://abclocal.go.com/wjrt/automoti...AT_srt10.html#

BUT looking at this picture from dodges website

It appears that Dosge isnt sure which truck they are going to sell

The tail is clearly different- I like the first one better
