Are 2 inch rear shackles enough?

I just got my 2 in rear drop shackles. I am wondering if they are going to be enough for me to notice a difference. Any thoughts?

If you have an '03 the rake seems to be a little more noticeable than prior years. I have them on my '01 and they make a very noticeable difference. Evens that rake right out.

Thanks. I have an 01 also. I just want it to be noticeable to the untrained eye.

Noticeable but not by that much. You'll see your truck lose its rake and become a bit more level, but you can't notice the drop itself that much.

Should I send them back and get something more dramatic?

Nah, you always build upon them. I have 2 inch shackles and will be getting the Roush suspension. I won't use the full 2 inch drop available from my 2 inch shackles, but I may use it for another 1 inch drop to level off my truck.

MY L looks like Odin's Wrath's truck with the 2" shackles. I got 1.5 inches lower immediately post install. May be 1 3/4" at this point in time. Just enough and no vibration after install.
