duel pillar pod from REM

Question duel pillar pod from REM
anyone have one and if so how did you mount it to the pillar?

I had a triple full pillar, sold the truck(F150) before I put it in. I had 2 screws with caps to cover the screws. Maybe double back tape?

It didnt come with any screws or caps.
