Does Anyone have the BellTech 3/4 Drop Kit
I highly recommend the kit, because it is extremely cheap. I will point out that rear hanger install is a real pain, and the rear axle will have significantly less travel because of the 3 inch drop the kit provides. It will bottom out on hard bumps, but that can be solved by installing c-notches. For the most part it rides very similar to stock, but it will have reduced body roll. It also looks great, which is all most of us care about anyway.
Is it me or does the rear look lower than the front? what is the magic in getting a Belltech 3/4 to sit with a slight rake?
What are the instructions for putting in the front coils once I am to that point? My springs didn't come with any instructions as to how they should sit in the perch.

On level ground, the truck will sit pretty level. The driveway in that picture was slightly uneven, and thus threw off the pic. I would prefer to lower the front a little more with a new set of control arms, but I wouldn't be able to make in the driveway.
To install the front springs, you simply place a jack under the lower control arm once the wheel has been removed, and that will hold the pressure of the spring once you do the next step. Use a ball joint seperator to pry apart the upper control arm from the spidle. Then remove the shock and disconnect the sway bar from the control arm. You should then be able to lower the jack below the spring, and then the spring will decompress. You "should" be able to simply pull out the spring and place the new one right back in. The seat for the spring is contoured, so it is obvious how the new spring should go back in. Simply reverse the install, and that is it. You should go ahead and put shorter sway bar endlinks in there while you are at it, and you can pick those up at most local auto parts stores.
Note: If you want tractions bars too, expect clearance problems with this kit.

i have it i believe. i bought it with a 3/4 drop. i am not sure which manufacture made the kit. the only thing i don't like about it is it is a pain to jack the truck up.
other than that it is pretty sweet.
