Longest day of the year is coming up, so that means daylight almost all night long up here. Just got my JLP chip with reburn back, so I thought I'd put it to a little late night test (no traffic). Went out to a straight about 10 miles out of town, and let the KB whine. Have a new set of Nitto 305 DR's, so I tried getting a good start by easing in to full throttle. Could feel the Nittos trying to break loose all the way past 20, but they pretty much grabbed traction. Man, with the Nittos, my traction bars, JLP chip, KB kit and a few other mods-getting to 100 is accomplished pretty d@mn quick!! Needless to say I am very happy with my new setup and am planning on putting on a smaller upper real soon. With a JLP built short block I should have a pretty fun summer squezing more and more HP out of it.
