I had a "Perfect' Lightning Day
Decided to do a car show in Teris home town in Pennsylvania. I figured it would be a small show and I would get wooped by 4x4s.
But since Teri was visiting her mom and dad I would go.
Boy was I ever WRONG.
I get there and there is cars and trucks everywhere.Turned out to be about 800 vehicles (DAMN ).
It was a 2 hour show followed up by a 20 mile cruise.
I was in the Truck class 1990 and up.
Well just before the cruise I get handed a piece of paper saying I WON my class and after the cruise I go to the VIP parking area.
This got me very pumped for the cruise.
Well this was no ordinary cruise. It was more like a 20 mile parade. People lining the streets with Hoses and spraying the ground so the cars could do HUGE BURNOUTS.
THIS WAS LIGHTNING HEAVEN .
I got the O.K. from Teri to Light em as much as I want and I made the LIGHTNING crew proud.
I did about 5 MASSIVE burnouts throughout the cruise.and I mean MASSIVE.Basically stopped the cruise.
People were cheering and High fiving. What a rush!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I get back from the cruise to find out I also won a Choice award. The only guy to win 2 awards.
Man I wish all days were like this.
