Intake buzzing

Ok heres my problem. Upon light acceleration I get an aweful buzzing sound at around 1800 RPM to 2300 RPM.

It is in the engine bay cause I can make it do it by reving the engine from under the hood. The whole intake boot vibrates and buzzes. I bought a REM powertube thinking maybe it was because of the rubber intake losing its rigidity. Well it still does it.

Also when I do a burnout at the track and let off the throttle it buzzes.
Any ideas

Cool

It's not the motor shaking? It's just a vibration in the boot. Right? Does the REM filter shake as well?

Things I'd check.
1) throttle body is tight (all 4 screws)
2) Throttle plate screws for tightness
3) clean the IAC valve.
(I had a problem with a noise/vibration at certian low rpms on a 4.6 t-bird)

Otherwise.. I ain't gotta clue?

WOT

Could be two things I can think of. One is the IAC, some tend to be very loud, and since it's a constantly duty cycled solenoid, it can sound like buzzing. The other thing is PCV valve. Aftermarket metal PCVs have a tendancy to rattle like a ****. If you have a metal PCV, it could be that.

Still have the stock PCV's

Someone suggested it may be EGR valve.

Just the intake boot shakes. Doesn't seem to be whole motor. I am going to put my stock TB on and see if it still does it

check the blade on the throttle body & see if it's loose...
